Why can’t I see my new subscription when I log in?

When a customer purchases a new subscription there are several reasons why it may not initially display on the Dashboard.

  1. You have access to an organizational subscription
  2. You have previously purchased or have access to other question banks
  3. You have delayed the activation of the subscription at purchase

1) Your account is associated with an organizational subscription from your employer or school

If you see this screen, your email address or institution’s network has included you in an organizational subscription. The question banks that you see on this page are available for you to use because your institution has purchased subscriptions for them. If you have any interest in using them, please do! You will not be charged extra for activity in these question banks.

You may see question banks listed here unrelated to your specialty or field of study. If there were no issues processing your purchase (you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address associated with your account), your question bank is available—to see it go to your Dashboard. To access the Dashboard, select one of the question banks displayed (even if you never intend to use it) and then click the “Go to Dashboard” button.

Now, on the top of your Dashboard, click on the dropdown menu in the center of the dashboard header (the dark blue background) labeled Question Bank and select your desired question bank from the resulting menu.

TL; DR:

1. Select one of the question banks on this page and click Go to Dashboard

2.Choose the desired question bank from the Question Bank dropdown menu in the center of the dashboard header.

 

2) You have previously purchased or have access to other question banks

 If you have previously purchased another question bank—or the trial version of the same question bank—upon initial login your Dashboard may be set to show your other subscription. To access your new question bank, select it from the Question Banks dropdown menu in the center of the dashboard header. Once selected you are ready to begin using your new question bank.

 

3) You have delayed the activation of the subscription at purchase

If you have delayed your subscription, you may activate any time during the six-month delay window.

To activate your delayed subscription click the green Activate Now button on your Dashboard. Please note, that once activated your subscription time starts immediately. Otherwise, your subscription will auto-start the date displayed on your Dashboard.
