What is your refund policy?

At BoardVitals, we strive to provide the best experience possible for our customers. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Unless you develop a medical condition that prevents you from using our products, there are generally no refunds, returns, or cancellations for purchased subscriptions. However, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.  


If you accidentally made a purchase in error, it is important to contact our support team within 48 hours of the purchase to request a refund. We will carefully consider your request and work towards a resolution. Similarly, if you mistakenly purchased the wrong product, please reach out to our support team so we can issue you a credit for the original purchase price. This credit can then be applied towards the purchase of the correct product. 


To help you make an informed decision, we offer a free trial of each of our question banks. This allows customers to try out our product and determine if it meets their requirements before committing to a purchase. We strongly encourage all customers to utilize the trial to ensure they are selecting the right product for their needs.
