      I want to reset my account. Can I start over on my question bank?

      Yes! You can do this by archiving all of the quizzes you have completed in the past. Follow the instructions below to hide your quizzes:

      1. Click on YOUR NAME drop down, on the right side of the screen.
      2. When the drop-down menu appears, select My Products.
      3. Find the question bank you would like to reset and select RESET

      NOTE:

      You can always unarchive a quiz by:

      - Select SEE MORE on the Dashboard page under the Quizzes widget

      - Click VIEW ARCHIVED QUIZZES

      - Select which quiz you would like to unarchive and hit the UNARCHIVE button.
