Our platform is compatible with most browsers, but sometimes users get bumped out if they are not using a more modern one such as Chrome or Firefox. Try switching your browser and seeing if that does the trick!

Do you have a stable internet connection?
Our platform functions best when users have a stable internet connection. Being 'kicked off' the site is usually the result of an inconsistent Wi-Fi connection. If the Wi-Fi is misbehaving, an ethernet cable should keep your connection stable and allow you to navigate the site without issue.
