How can I get access to my institution’s BoardVitals subscription?

There are several different ways that you can gain access to your institution's BoardVitals subscription. Below will list all those different ways.

Email Domain

If an account was not already created for you, you can easily set up an account and get access to your institution’s BoardVitals subscription by following these steps.

  1. Go to www.boardvitals.com
  2. Click REGISTER at the top right corner of the screen
  3. Enter the following information and be sure to enter your institutional email address (ex. student@school.edu) under Email and Email Confirmation
  4. Once you are finished, click on Register to get your account set up
  5. After registering, you should receive an email asking you to verify your account. Please note that you will not be able to access your question banks until your account is verified.
  6. You can now access your question banks and start creating exams by clicking on MY DASHBOARD in the top right corner of the screen.

Email Domain and URL Access

Occasionally, an institution will require their students to use a unique URL when registering their account while also following the steps above. 

The unique URL should be provided to you prior to registering your account but if you have not received it, please check with your institution.

IP Range

If your institution uses an IP range for its students' accounts, this means that you are able to register for an account using any email address as long as you are connected to their network.

You can easily set up an account and get access to your institution’s BoardVitals subscription by following these steps:

  1. Connect to your institution's Wi-Fi network
  2. Go to www.boardvitals.com
  3. Click REGISTER at the top right corner of the screen
  4. Enter the required information on the following page
  5. Once you are finished, click on Register to get your account set up
  6. You can now access your question banks and start creating exams by clicking on MY DASHBOARD in the top right corner of the screen.
