- Run a speed test at speedtest.net. BoardVitals demands a strong connection speed. If it shows that you have a slow connection, you may need to contact your internet service provider for additional support.
- If you are accessing BoardVitals through a VPN or proxy server (like an institutional library website) try logging in straight through BoardVitals.com. If you are using a school wi-fi network, you may need to try connecting with a different wifi network
- Try switching your browser to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. (You may need to reset the browsing data, instructions to do so may be found here).
