My students aren’t receiving the exams I’m sending them, what do I do?

If your students aren’t receiving the exams you are sending them, please use the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Please ensure that the student(s) in question are added to your class. You can do this by going to the Classes tab in your dashboard.
  • Check to see if the exam was sent properly. You can double check this by going to the Send Exam tab in your dashboard. Your current exams will appear under “Current Assignments” and by clicking on an exam, you will be able to see when it was sent.
  • Please ensure that your student's email addresses were inputted correctly. You can review your class list by clicking on the Classes tab in your dashboard.
  • Contact your institution's IT department and insure that the boardvitals.com domain is whitelisted for your students. If not, the emails may be going to a spam folder.
